The job holder will line and functionally manage the Application Integration Operations Support team located in STU.
As the regional lead she/he will interact with the team key customers and suppliers within the Europe region.
Last but not least, the job holder will also be accountable for leading and performing the operational support for A2A and B2B integration as needed.
Application Integration Operations Support: Associates (2 FTE) – Contractors (Satyam – 1) – GXS Managed Service
Manage the regional team actuals and spend trend against the plan
Provide the regional team input for the operating plan (year over year yearly planning)
Review chargeable activities with project and support team and process the agreed cross-charges
Lead the technical activities in support of A2A and B2B integration
Travel: Internationally to France twice a year and potentially to Brazil and China once a year.
Week-end work: Lead, manage and/or execute technical activities over multiple week-ends (at least 5) throughout the year
Global Meetings: Attend and/or lead global meetings early and late with the day with other regions
Technical experience and skills
Higher education in IT
2 years in Application Integration or equivalent experience
2 years in B2B Integration or equivalent experience
1 to 3 years working for an international company with peers / customers outside Russia
Manage 1 to 5 direct reports
Working experience with any programming language such as UNIX shell scripting, Perl, C, and/or SQL
Knowledge and experience with Application Integration Principles
Knowledge and experience with B2B Integration Principles
Familiarity with various technical operating system platforms and networks
Would be a plus
Actual experience / certification with the following:
IBM Websphere MQ Series, Message Broker, and eSQL coding
Sterling Global Integration Suite
B2B Integration Technologies (AS2, VAN, sFTP, HTTP/s)
B2B Standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, SWIFT, XML)
Strong verbal and written English language skills
